Vacancy: CHEF, STREETFOOD at SNOOZEBOX OLYMPIC PARK HOTEL, FULL-TIME

As Chef/Cook, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen’s daily operation and
maintaining excellent standards of food delivery to our venue guests.

Key tasks include:
Assist in the delivery of a high-quality food offer and service with the onsite catering team
Serve guests promptly and efficiently, working closely with the overall catering team
Ensure adherence to industry standards of food quality, hygiene, preparation and presentation
Cover for the head chef in their absence and be comfortable in maintaining profit margins and controlling food costs.
Strict adherence to food hygiene regulations promptly.

Ideal candidate:

Minimum two year’s kitchen chef experience.
Level 2 minimum certification in food safety, health and hygiene
Experience includes working as a team within a busy catering environment with tight deadlines and service times
Wanting to develop your career path towards Head Chef within a progressive company
A strong team player who works well within a catering team
Attention to detail, taking pride in their work


This is an immediate start role
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours of work – 40hrs (This is flexible)
Monday to Sunday, required to work on Bank Holidays.
