FAQs

We believe in making things simple. Here is everything you need to know before you book, from check-in times and breakfast to after party tickets and event hire.

  • We are located on Pudding Mill Lane in East London, right in the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We are one minute from Pudding Mill Lane DLR station and one stop from Stratford. London City Airport is around 20 minutes away and Central London is just minutes by train.

  • Head to snoozebox.com and book direct for the best rates and latest availability. Booking direct means no third party fees and you deal with us directly. You can also get in touch via email at olympicpark@snoozebox.com or call us on +44 7533 587 807.

  • All rooms are adults-only standard double rooms with one double bed and a single bunk bed — suitable for a maximum of two adults. Every room includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and toiletries, plus a TV, safe and air conditioning. Free tea and coffee is available around the clock in our social hub. Hairdryers and irons are available on request from reception.

  • Yes. We can accommodate group bookings. Please contact our team for more information and special rates.

  • Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is available every morning as a continental buffet for just £13 per person. No pre-booking required — just head down and tuck in. The buffet includes croissants, pastries, cereals, bread, cold meats, cheese, juices, coffee and tea.

  • Standard check-in is from 3pm and standard check-out is by 11am. Early check-in from 1pm is available for £10 subject to availability. Late check-out until 1pm is also available for £10. Please contact reception to arrange either option.

  • Our after party runs every Thursday to Monday at Snoozebox Olympic Park and tickets are completely free. Grab your tickets via the link in our social media bio or visit our Eventbrite page. The after party features DJ sets, cocktails, STREETFOODZZZ and an outdoor terrace — right next door to the Arena.

  • Yes — Snoozebox Olympic Park is one of East London's most flexible private event venues. We can accommodate up to 500 guests across our private event bar and outdoor terrace.
